  • Cancellation Policy

    Short-term stays

    Applies to stays under 28 nights. All standard stay policies include a 24-hour free cancellation period. 


    Guests who cancel 7 – 30 days before check-in get 50% back. After that, their trip is non-refundable. 





  • Pets allowed?

    In Austin, Texas units we do not allow pets. Service animals are welcome. 


    In Spokane, Washington pets are allowed for a fee. 

    Service animals are welcome.
